A Bit
About Therapy
Therapy can be difficult. Our mission at ALO Family Counseling is to aid you in your journey. For change to occur it is necessary to form a trusting, emotionally safe relationship with your counselor, and in the context of that relationship to increase one’s awareness of self, challenge one’s assumptions, learn new skills, establish appropriate boundaries in relationships with others, and experience and let go of pain from the past. Your counselor’s task is to assist in this process. Our aim is to provide consultation, evaluation, and counseling services for clients dealing with issues impacting their well-being.
